Plumbing Installer Open Position
Our mission is to create the industry’s happiest and most skilled plumbers. We are dedicated to providing a positive work environment that fosters growth and development. These plumbers, when nurtured, naturally produce the most satisfied clients, and that’s how we’ll build a company future generations will be proud of.
Being a Plumbing Installer involves installing plumbing projects that Service Plumbers sell. This is a performance-based position, meaning you get paid a portion of the sales commission for the projects you complete that the lead plumbing technician sells.
Plumbing Installer Pay:
Starting pay is a split commission floor of $880-$1200 weekly with no pay ceiling, depending on experience. If you are not already a master plumber, we also pay for an online plumbing school program designed to make you one within four years, in addition to on-the-job training where needed.
Paychecks are directly deposited weekly on Fridays.
Plumbing Installer Benefits:
We offer fully paid medical, dental, life, and gym memberships, monthly chiropractic care, monthly therapeutic massage care, a matching 401(k), and paid time off for work-life balance.
We provide education through the PHCC’s 4-year online course.
